About Company
The Radiant had its first startup at Mumbai on 29th November 2011.Westarted business with only one team at first comprising of 3 Technicians, 03 Assistant & 01 Back office staff. This was our office in Mumbai Wadala. Our company experienced fast growth leading to the next office in Mahim West. Since then we have grown a strong team of more than 100 team members, comprising of 2 Service Managers, 1 Project Manager, 4 Supervisors, 36 Technicians and 48 Assistants. In the Back Office Team, we have a service Team of 3 persons, AMC Team of 2, Account Team of 2, a HR & Admin, a store In charge, a Store In Assistant and 1 Support Staff.

Customer Service Management
Our service team manage all aspects of the Customer Service team Manage the day to day operations of the Monitor the activities to ensure all service levels committed are met and exceeded Report on KPIs and track customer service.
HVAC Systems and Equipment Maintenance
Our experts have years of expertise with HVAC systems and equipment, so they can set it up, keep it running well, and fix it if it breaks. We are making rapid and efficient progress toward finishing the critical repairs. With as little as an hour’s notice, we may extend our hours of operation beyond those of a typical company to include the weekend and holidays. We take the necessary steps in a professional context to fix air conditioning. We also conduct regular maintenance on the essential equipment and determining when and what kind of repair is required and learn what causes operational problems and deciding how to fix them.
